Part-time Packaging and Cellar Operator - Belleflower
Belleflower is seeking a new part-time production team member to assist primarily with packaging duties, but also including cellar work and warehousing. This position will be scheduled Monday - Wednesday 8:30am - 4:30pm for a total of 20-25 hours per week.
Duties:
Operate canning and bottling machines
Package finished beer into kegs
Operate keg washer
Assist with cellar duties, including tank CIPs, product transfers, and yeast management
Warehousing packaging materials and finished product, including use of forklift (Belleflower will provide training)
Loading and unloading pallets from tractor trailers
Maintain production floor cleanliness
Record quality control data
Desired Qualifications and Abilities:
Previous experience operating a packaging operation
Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and lift up to 60lbs unassisted, frequently
Ability to stand for prolonged amount of time
Mechanically minded and great attention to detail
Must be safety conscious and able to work efficiently in a busy, close quartered environment
Ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with strict safety protocols
Demonstrated passion for craft beer
Compensation / Benefits:
