Allagash Brewing Company in Portland, Maine is seeking an experienced Northeast Senior Key Accounts Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of industry experience calling on national or regional accounts. The ability to build, develop, and maintain customer relationships with key national and regional accounts is essential, as you will serve as the subject matter expert related to Allagash Brewing Company regional key account sales. Exemplary verbal communication skills are crucial to this role, as is versatility to engage effectively with coworkers, chain contacts, and wholesale partners. This position requires extensive knowledge of the Craft Beer segment, with the capacity to uncover and effectively present data-driven insights, as well as highly proficient computer skills, with expert knowledge of Google Suite, or the equivalent. The capability to learn new technologies as they become relevant is expected. Expert level organizational skills, including time management, is a must to be successful.

This is a salaried, full-time position. We are offering $100,000-$125,000 base compensation for this role, and an individual offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Additionally, this position is eligible for our sales incentives program, with the potential to earn up to an additional $15,000 each year, as well as annual company wide profit sharing. A comprehensive onboarding process will take place at the brewery in Portland, Maine and in the Northeast market. Two trips to the brewery are planned every year to meet in-person with the sales team and dedicate time on campus to immerse yourself in all things Allagash.

This position requires occasional evening and weekend hours, and a valid driver's license. Periodic travel to and from the brewery is required. Must be flexible to meet the needs of the brewery and the market. This position will be based in the Boston area. All members of the sales team are eligible for: laptop; cell phone and internet stipend; travel and expense accounts; and Fitness in the Field reimbursement.
