The candidate’s entry-level position (Brewing Apprentice/Assistant Brewer/Production Brewer) will be determined based on relevant experience. All candidates will receive training to become a Production Brewer and those brought in as an Apprentice or Assistant Brewer will receive a training plan and timeline to achieve this level. ● Salary: Commensurate with experience - Base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses.
