Raleigh NC Chapter : Gluten Removed Session @ Clouds Brewing

Greetings from Raleigh! We will be meeting with the owner John and their head brewer to talk about the process of their gluten removed beers. Along with them, we will get to talk to Sales Representative Hayden and how she works alongside the community as the need for gluten free options grow.
This is a great meeting opportunity to learn about the differences in technicality for gluten free to removed to reduced and how to consider in your own location how to make and sell them.
