Pittsburg Chapter - Beer Cocktail Mixing at Trace Brewing

Join us for a beer cocktail class from brewer Zach.  Learn how they developed their Beer cocktail, "Simcoe Sour."  We'll play around with some other flavors and mixers and come up with our own "beertails." Dave will also give a short speech on Trace's 6 month paid vocational brewing program.
