I would like to invite everyone to the final event in The Future is Fermented speaker series in collaboration with the Sonoma County Library titled: The Taste of Fermentation: An Evening of Sensory Education. It will be taking place on Wednesday, December 4th, 6-7:30pm in the Central Santa Rosa Library Meeting Room. Come join the North Bay Chapter of the Pink Boots Society for this talk, followed by a tasting of local beer and wine. These fermentation professionals will not only share their extensive knowledge on the art of sensory and pairing fermented beverages but will also highlight the crucial role sensory information plays in the fermentation industry. Following this enlightening session, immerse yourself in a tasting of local beer and wine, expertly guided by the fermentation professionals of the Pink Boots Society.
