New York City Chapter : October Brew Day at Strong Rope

We are having a brew day with Strong Rope in Red Hook! It will be an early day with a schedule as follows:

7 a.m. mash in
11 a.m. whirlpool/rest
1:55 p.m. boil
3:20 p.m. knockout fermenter
4:20 p.m. cleaning procedures
5:30/6 p.m. education session

We invite members and guests to join us in brewing and education. We will be brewing Baltic Porter and discussing New York State ingredients in addition to the brewing process.
