Romi Rossel is the Co-Founder and VP of San Diego Brewcycling Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on plastic waste diversion and community education within the craft beverage sector. She is also the Co-Owner of The Bountiful Bag, an upcycling and eco-awareness fashion brand that turns malt bags and other hard-to-recycle materials into durable products. Romi has spent the last seven years dedicated to promoting sustainability and reducing plastic and food waste in the fermentation industry. Since 2014, Romi has been a driving force in brewing and distilling, combining her expertise and passion to inspire meaningful change. As the Chapter Co-Lead of Pink Boots Society San Diego, she also supports the advancement of women in the fermentation industry. With a diverse background in visual arts, marketing, finance, and operations, Romi is skilled at making complex topics engaging and accessible. Her mission is to make sustainability both actionable and inspiring, using her creativity and environmental passion to motivate others to join the global effort of saving the world.
