After becoming "too fat" to be an actor, I found myself brewing at a nano brewing in New Orleans, Louisiana. That led to managing a craft beer bar in New Zealand, which led to moving to Melbourne, Australia- eventually becoming a senior brewer and cellar manager.

In 2023, I switched to tech - working for brewery management software, Beer30. I now work with breweries in APAC as technical support, and am shifting into a more data-analytics based role.
