Consumer Education Seminar: How do we increase beer sales, especially to women? Industry veterans share their secrets, including beer education clubs and beer social clubs for women, beer dinners, beer and food pairing, and video highlights of a women's beer focus group in action. Take-home handouts and practical advice will allow you to implement new ideas in your own brewery, pub or restaurant right away. Speakers so far include: Ginger Johnson (www.womenenjoyingbeer.com), Sue Smith-Troy (Ales-4-Females), Sebbie Buhler (Rogue Ales), and more.
There will be a PBS meeting held during the CBC-Chicago in April 2010. Details forthcoming.
